Responsibilities

• Own execution of field marketing campaigns from planning through launch and reporting
• Manage timelines, requests, and priorities across multiple stakeholders and products
• Execute virtual campaigns, including webinars and digital content such as guides or enablement assets
• Execute product-focused field marketing campaigns across multiple solution areas
• Coordinate webinar logistics, including speaker prep, tech checks, dry runs, and live execution
• Create and manage supporting campaign assets such as email copy, landing pages, slide decks, and digital content
• Partner with Marketing Operations to support promotions, lead flow, and reporting
• Coordinate with Sales and Product Marketing to align on goals, messaging, and timelines
• Track and report on campaign performance and execution milestones
• Maintain documentation, timelines, and processes to support scale

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
• Experience executing webinars, events, and multi-touch campaigns end-to-end
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple timelines
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and interpreting campaign performance
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and keep campaigns moving
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and subject matter quickly
