Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door marketing efforts to promote our services and engage with potential customers.
  • Utilize effective communication techniques to convey the benefits of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Supervise and train new team members on best practices in customer engagement and sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback from potential customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the marketing process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in canvassing from a home improvement company is not required.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Preferred

  • Strong background in customer service is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with supervising teams or leading projects will be beneficial.
  • Experience in negotiating deals and closing sales is a plus.
