Job Summary

Own field-facing lead generation for home improvement products with a focus on in-person canvassing, community events, and homeowner education to drive interest and appointments that feed the sales cycle.

Growth/Field Ownership: Engage with neighborhoods to generate interest and educate homeowners about Pella products.
Pipeline Acceleration: Schedule and follow up on appointments, nurture leads toward conversion with financing options as needed.
Sales Collaboration: Work with the sales team to optimize lead gen strategies and tracking across interactions and outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers in communities to generate interest in Pella Windows & Doors and educate homeowners about benefits.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; Schedule Monday–Friday; 25-40 hours/week; No overnight travel.
Benefits: Pay 20-25 USD per hour plus incentives; paid training; health/vision/dental; 401(k); profit sharing.
