Responsibilities
- Engage homeowners in neighborhoods where Joyce has active or recently completed projects
- Use visible job sites to create more natural, high-quality conversations
- Generate interest and set appointments for in-home consultations
- Represent the Joyce brand with confidence and professionalism
- Track daily performance and hit activity goals
- Contribute to a competitive, team-oriented environment
Requirements
- Experience in canvassing, field marketing, or direct outreach
Preferred
- Previous canvassing, field marketing, or commission-based experience preferred
- Competitive and performance-driven
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new people
- High energy with strong work ethic
