Responsibilities

• promote Creme De Canna Collective’s products and drive brand awareness within the California cannabis market
• build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers
• implement promotional campaigns
• ensure the alignment of marketing initiatives with sales goals
• deliver exceptional customer service
• gather valuable feedback to support continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience in Field Marketing, including planning and executing promotional activities
• Proficiency in Relationship Building and Communication to foster connections with clients and partners
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to address client needs and promote products effectively
• Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time effectively
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry and related regulations is a plus
• Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and adaptability to a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
