Responsibilities - Coordinate and execute in-store demos and budtender education events throughout Central California (minimum of 15 events per month) - Provide product samples, branded swag, and approved promotional materials during events - Educate and engage budtenders to increase product knowledge, brand loyalty, and overall sales performance - Work closely with the Sales Team and Director of Sales & Distribution to better understand retail partner needs and goals - Identify opportunities to improve retail visibility, merchandising, and display placement - Critically evaluate program effectiveness and adjust strategies to improve participation and overall success - Collect detailed feedback and complete post-event questionnaires to measure demo performance and impact - Support retail partners with high-energy, professional brand representation - Collect cash payments and obtain signed invoices when necessary - Assist with customer concerns and provide timely feedback to management
