Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Run scheduled pop-up events in dispensaries across your territory to drive product trial and same-day purchases.
  • Engage customers on the floor, explain the product lineup, answer questions, and guide them toward a purchase.
  • Distribute branded swag to customers and use it to start conversations and reward purchases.
  • Build relationships with budtenders so they recommend our brands when you are not in the store.
  • Own day-to-day social media for your territory: capture content at pop-ups and in stores, post consistently, and engage with followers.
  • Grow followers and engagement by converting in-store customers into social media followers.
  • Keep posts on-brand and compliant with cannabis advertising rules in our market.
  • Collect customer information at every pop-up, including phone number and email, with clear opt-in.
  • Get customers to follow our social accounts on the spot.
  • Keep collected data clean and submit it on the cadence we set so it can feed our marketing programs.

Requirements

  • Hands-on social media experience: you know how to create content, post consistently, and grow an audience.
  • Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations that lead to a sale.
  • Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage your own schedule across a territory.
  • Must meet the legal age to work in licensed cannabis retail in our state and pass any required background or licensing checks.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between dispensaries.

Preferred

  • Prior field marketing, brand ambassador, retail, or budtender experience.
  • Existing relationships with dispensaries or budtenders in the territory.
  • Familiarity with the cannabis product category.
