Responsibilities

• own the field marketing strategy and execution across a defined regional territory (North Carolina, Tennessee, Missouri, Kansas, New Mexico, and Puerto Rico)
• bring the Caesars Sportsbook brand to life on the ground-activating sports sponsorships, retail sportsbooks, and cultural moments that drive brand connection and commercial performance
• serve as the regional expert, understanding market nuances, competitive dynamics, growth headwinds, and opportunities
• convert that insight into high‑impact, hyper‑local marketing strategies
