Job Summary
Own the field team expansion by building hiring, onboarding, and coaching into a repeatable engine while owning territory planning and daily routing to maximize canvassing impact.
- Field team ownership: recruit, onboard, and retain reps with hands-on coaching to lift performance.
- Territory Ops: plan neighborhoods and routes to optimize reach and efficiency.
- Performance discipline: set targets, track KPIs, and push toward consistent lead generation outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead the hiring, interviewing, and onboarding process to scale the field team
- Conduct daily team meetings and provide hands-on field coaching
- Plan and manage neighborhood territories and daily routes
- Set performance targets, track KPIs, and drive canvassing results
- Implement strategies to consistently achieve lead generation goals
Requirements
- Proven canvassing management experience in home improvement (required)
- Experience hiring, training, and retaining field marketing reps
- Strong skills in territory planning, mapping, and logistics
- Leadership mindset with ability to drive team performance
