Job Summary
Own field canvassing operations end to end for residential leads, from building a high-energy team to executing door-to-door campaigns, running in-home demos and estimates, and driving daily performance tracking.
- People & Field Team: Hire, train, and manage canvassers to sustain performance.
- Field Campaign Delivery: Conduct door-to-door canvassing and schedule in-home demos with customers.
- Demos, Scheduling & Reporting: Offer free in-home demos and estimates and create daily mapping, meetings, and reports.

Requirements
- Door to Door residential canvassing experience
- You Must be comfortable hiring, training, and managing canvassers
- Outgoing personality
- Comfortable working and walking neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation (car/truck)
