Responsibilities

• Face of our brand inside partner retail stores to generate leads, support events, and build relationships.
• In-Store (About 60%): Connect with store associates and help them understand our services
• In-Store (About 60%): Run in-store events (pop-ups, demo tables, mobile showroom events)
• In-Store (About 60%): Keep displays and marketing materials organized and on-brand
• In-Store (About 60%): Promote seasonal offers and create excitement with customers
• In-Store (About 60%): Build relationships with store leadership and team members
• Office / Remote Work (About 40%): Follow up on customer leads and support the sales pipeline
• Office / Remote Work (About 40%): Track performance and submit weekly reports
• Office / Remote Work (About 40%): Help schedule events and plan store visits
• Office / Remote Work (About 40%): Learn and apply sales processes and best practices

Requirements

• Recent grad or early-career professional (0–2 years experience)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable talking to new people daily
• Organized, proactive, and coachable
• Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
• Willingness to travel locally between store locations
