Job Summary
Own the local referral-network strategy for a multi-office dental group, turning community partnerships and events into steady patient referrals and measurable local presence.
- Identify and engage local businesses and establish primary contacts to build a regional network.
- Design and host referral events, optimize planning, and follow up with referred patients to drive volume.
- Use reports and meetings to track referrals and ensure monthly targets are met.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Obtain list of local businesses
- Establish relationships with all business within a pre-set area
- Hold events to draw in referral patients to the assigned office
- manage time to maximize event planning
- Follow up with referred patients
- Distribute marketing materials to promote assigned office
- Identify primary contact for each business
- Refer a minimum of 50 patients per month for the assigned office
- Use all necessary reports
- Attend all required meetings
