Requirements

• Direct professional experience in marketing, business development, community outreach, account management, or referral development for a non-medical home care or private-duty care agency is required.
• Home health experience may be considered relevant additional experience but does not, by itself, satisfy the required non-medical home care experience qualification.
• Applicants with experience in both non-medical home care and home health are encouraged to apply.
• This is a field-based position requiring regular travel to referral partners, community events, and prospective-client locations throughout Santa Clara County.
• When operating a personal or company vehicle for business purposes, the employee must maintain a valid driver’s license and legally required automobile insurance.

Preferred

• Familiarity with the Santa Clara County senior-care and healthcare referral landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional referral relationships.
• Experience generating qualified referrals for non-medical home care services.
• Experience contributing to client and census growth.
• Experience using CRM or referral-tracking software.
