  • Research, source, and secure event opportunities throughout California, including health fairs, community festivals, schools, pet adoptions, cultural and faith-based gatherings, trade shows, sponsorship opportunities, and professional networking events.

  • Represent BANA LAW in person as the face of the firm, engaging the public warmly and professionally and explaining how we help injured people.
  • Capture leads at every event using a consistent intake-friendly process, and hand qualified prospects to our intake team promptly for follow-up.

  • Coordinate with our internal marketing function to keep messaging, branding, and materials consistent across every appearance.
  • Locate and secure speaking opportunities for attorneys.
  • Operate at all times within the California Rules of Professional Conduct governing attorney advertising and client solicitation. This role generates awareness and leads; case sign-ups are routed through the firm's standard intake process, not closed in the field.
