Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the content calendar
• Research trends daily and bring fresh, on-brand ideas — proactively
• Schedule and publish content across platforms
• Reply to comments and keep the community engaged
• Support content shoots (second camera/eye, BTS during fittings)
• Help pack/ship orders on in-person days
• Edit video content
• Run weekly check-ins with the CEO — agenda, updates, and a plan
• Join calls with our outsourced digital ad strategy team and track action items
• Execute giveaways start to finish

Requirements

• Must be a current college junior or senior
• Strong, professional writing and communication skills
• Previous social media, marketing, or content internship experience required
• Proficient across social media platforms with a strong understanding of current trends, content formats, and best practices
• Experience creating and editing social-first content
• Must have a genuine passion for fashion and an eye for what feels current, relevant, and on-brand

Preferred

• Obsessively organized — you have systems for your systems
• Proficient in creating and capturing aesthetically pleasing, on-brand content, with experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must love fashion, have a strong eye for what’s trending, and be up to date on the latest social media trends, sounds, formats, and platforms.
• Highly technical — you pick up new tools and workflows fast, no hand-holding
• Self-directed — you show up prepared, not waiting for reminders
• Chronically online and trend-obsessed — you spot what’s next before it peaks
• A natural idea generator — fun, fresh, on-brand concepts without being asked
• Detail-oriented — you catch what others miss
