Job Summary
Own cross-platform event partnerships and creator-driven activations to accelerate FeedIRL and KnightLife growth, focusing on high-visibility engagements, influencer collaborations, and community sponsorships.
- Partnerships & Events: Curate and scale live events, activations, and flagship experiences with external partners.
- Creator & Community Strategy: Recruit, manage, and activate creators and communities to generate content and word-of-mouth.
- Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships: Build sponsor pipelines, venue collaborations, and college/community programs to broaden reach.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Run and manage KnightLife chess events across NYC
- Coordinate Crown Nights, tournaments, venue activations, and special events
- Help produce larger flagship experiences and sponsored events
- Work on Media Street trade shows, retailer activations, and B2B events
- Support FeedIRL community events, pop-ups, VIP experiences and sponsorships
- Reach out to sponsors, venues, brands, universities, and local partners
- Help secure giveaways, activations, collaborations, and event support
- Build relationships with cafés, bars, retailers, creators, and communities
- Create partnerships that create awareness ahead of launch in new cities
- Recruit and manage FeedIRL creators and influencers
Requirements
- Strong skills in Partnerships, Strategic Partnerships, and Account Management
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical Skills to assess and improve engagement strategies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in event planning and influencer collaborations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Preferred
- Event production experience
- Sponsorship sales or partnerships background
- Influencer management experience
- Experience running college/community programs
- Content instincts for TikTok/Reels/IG Stories
