Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination: Assisting in the planning and execution of a variety of events, including industry conferences, hosted events, executive dinners, and client experiences
  • Vendor Management: Liaising with vendors, exhibitors, and sponsors to ensure all logistical aspects of events are handled smoothly
  • Promotional materials: Collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling event-related marketing collateral, such as invitations, landing pages, and social media content
  • On-site support: Providing on-site support during events to ensure a seamless experience for attendees and stakeholders
  • Performance tracking: Tracking and analyzing key event metrics to measure the success of our event marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement
  • Budget management: Assisting with budget tracking and management to ensure all events are delivered within budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in event marketing or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional brand experiences
  • Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus
