Job Summary

Own the on-site brand experience for Caribbean Moonshine events, driving engagement, product education, and sales while independently managing setup, execution, and follow-ups with attendees.

  • Event Experience: Represent the brand at festivals and engage attendees to boost product sales.
  • Education & Engagement: Lead lifestyle mixology sessions and educate guests on creative drinks.
  • Operational Ownership: Manage setup, breakdown, and coordination with organizers to ensure smooth events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand at festivals and events with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Engage attendees and drive product sales
  • Conduct lifestyle mixology classes and educate guests on creative drink preparation
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
  • Manage your own event setup, breakdown, and execution
  • Assist with light bartending while maintaining strong brand engagement
  • Collaborate with event organizers and fellow vendors to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Outgoing, sales-driven personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and confidently manage your own event
  • Basic knowledge of mixology and bartending techniques
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Thursday–Sunday availability (majority of events fall on weekends)
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and transport items up to 30 lbs
  • Flexibility to work at the distillery when not scheduled for events

Preferred

  • Experience in event engagement or coordination preferred
