Job Description

Own the U.S. event marketing strategy and end-to-end execution to drive demand and brand impact.

  • Develop and own the U.S. event marketing strategy and calendar aligned with business objectives and product initiatives
  • Plan and manage a diverse mix of events, including industry events, owned experiences, partner activations, and touring/mobile formats
  • Define success metrics and track performance across lead generation, brand awareness, and business impact
  • Conduct post-event analysis and continuously optimize strategy and ROI
  • Manage event budgets to ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources
  • Lead full-cycle event execution, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, booth design, logistics, and on-site coordination
  • Serve as the on-site lead for key events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and run-of-show documentation
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and contractors
  • Design engaging, interactive event experiences that go beyond traditional formats

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in event marketing (B2C or B2B), preferably in tech, consumer products, or related industries
  • Proven experience managing events of varying sizes and formats
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

Preferred

  • Experience with mobile activations, roadshows, or touring event formats
  • Background in creator, maker, or community-driven ecosystems
  • Familiarity with content marketing and social media amplification
  • Passion for hands-on experiences, creativity, or emerging technologies
