Job Summary

Own event programs end-to-end by coordinating planning, cross-functional alignment, and post-event measurement to turn webinars and conferences into pipeline.

  • Own cross-functional event planning and execution across webinars, conferences, and sponsorships.
  • Align with Sales, Product, and Consulting to tie events to pipeline and priority goals.
  • Measure performance and apply learnings to improve registrations, attendee quality, and deal impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of webinars, industry conferences, and sponsored events.
  • Coordinate logistics such as registration setup, speaker preparation, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up.
  • Partner with the Sales, Product, and Consulting teams to ensure event goals align with business priorities.
  • Manage event timelines and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive registration and engagement for events and webinars.
  • Work with the design and content teams to produce on-brand promotional materials (emails, social posts, landing pages, event assets).
  • Contribute to audience segmentation and targeted outreach to maximize attendance and lead quality.
  • Track event and webinar performance using Salesforce, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Analyze attendee engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline impact to inform continuous improvement.
  • Maintain an updated event calendar and share performance insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience (internships or prior event coordination roles preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., ON24, Zoom Webinar, GoToWebinar) and CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
