Job Summary

Own the local event presence for ACRE Windows & Doors by meeting homeowners, sharing product benefits, and turning conversations into in-home consultations, all while coordinating setup and working with a tight-knit event team.

Event Engagement: Represent the brand, start conversations, and educate attendees about promotions to drive qualified leads.
Lead Scheduling: Convert interest into booked in-home consultations and coordinate follow-ups with the team.
On-site Ops: Set up and break down displays and maintain a high-energy, collaborative booth environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Represent ACRE Windows & Doors at local events and festivals
Greet homeowners and start friendly conversations
Educate attendees about our products and promotions
Schedule free in-home consultations for interested homeowners
Help set up and break down event displays
Work alongside a team in a fun, fast-paced environment

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing personality
Comfortable talking with new people
Reliable transportation
Ability to travel up to 60 minutes for an event when needed
Dependable and professional
No experience required. Customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, sports, event, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
Average schedule: 12–18 hours per week, with additional opportunities available for team members with weekday availability potentially bringing the total to upwards of 30 hours
