Job Summary

Own on the ground ambassadoring for Road Justice at riding events, turning attendee conversations into brand trust while feeding feedback to marketing and event planning.

  • Event presence: Represent the brand at rallies, bike nights, charity rides, and community events.
  • Attendee engagement: Converse with riders, answer questions, and collect feedback to shape future campaigns.
  • Logistics & relationships: Set up booths, manage displays, and cultivate relationships within the Texas riding community.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent Road Justice at motorcycle rallies, bike nights, charity rides, and community events
  • Engage riders and community members in meaningful conversations
  • Interact with event visitors by answering questions, providing information, and fostering positive relationships
  • Distribute promotional materials and event giveaways
  • Collect feedback from participants to help improve future marketing strategies and event planning
  • Assist in setting up event booths, displays, and promotional materials to ensure a professional appearance
  • Assist with event logistics and coordination
  • Serve as a professional ambassador for the Road Justice brand
  • Help strengthen relationships within the Texas riding community

Requirements

  • Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel to events throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area and occasionally beyond
  • Availability to work flexible evening and weekend hours
  • Ability to lift, transport, and set up event materials and equipment
  • Ability to stand and interact with attendees for extended periods during events
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the Road Justice brand
  • Currently attending college, have completed some college coursework or hold a college degree - qualified applicants considered for those without college experience

Preferred

  • Prior experience in marketing, event promotion, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
  • Interest in motorcycles, powersports, community outreach, or event marketing is a plus
