Responsibilities

• Be the face of DropKick — approach event-goers, share our nitro flavors, and hand out chilled samples that turn strangers into fans (while keeping product properly iced and looking its best all day).
• Create the vibe — set up an inviting, on-brand display, then break it down and pack out at the end, coolers and all. At smaller events you'll run the show solo; at larger ones you'll team up with a fellow ambassador to divide and conquer.
• Capture the moment — grab photos and video of the product, the people, and the good time for us to share on social, and post to your own channels if that's your thing.
• Close the sale — at select events, run quick, friendly transactions on a mobile card reader (e.g., Square).
• Keep us in the loop — send a short digital recap after each event (samples poured, crowd favorites, sales, and highlights).

Requirements

• Outgoing, reliable, and genuinely into coffee culture
• Prior experience in brand promotion, events, customer service, or retail (or a natural who's ready to jump in)
• A self-starter who takes ownership — comfortable running an event solo and pulling your weight as part of a team
• Comfortable using your phone for photos, recaps, and a mobile POS
• Able to stand for a full event and lift up to 40 lbs (ice and cases of cans add up)
• Open weekend and evening availability
• A reliable vehicle to haul an event kit
• Food Handlers Card required (or obtainable before your start date)
