Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, setup, and breakdown of promotional events
• Support event coordination, logistics, and on-site operations
• Represent client brands and engage with event attendees
• Distribute marketing materials and provide product information
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve event goals
• Help track event performance and gather customer feedback
• Ensure all events run smoothly and professionally

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Energetic, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred

• degree in Marketing, Events, or related field is a plus
• Previous event or customer-facing experience is a plus
