Job Summary

Own the in-person retail briefing and customer engagement for established brands, turning everyday store interactions into awareness and early sales while feeding the pipeline for broader marketing initiatives.

  • Customer Engagement: Own frontline conversations to promote products, services, and brand initiatives.
  • Brand Representation and Training: Represent brands professionally and participate in ongoing sales technique training.
  • Performance & Growth Support: Track daily activity, contribute to team goals, and align with marketing strategy to support acquisition and sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required
