Responsibilities
- Represent partner brands at in-person promotional events across Bakersfield
- Start conversations with customers, answer questions, and share product insights and exclusive offers
- Create positive, memorable customer interactions through clear and friendly communication
- Contribute to daily sales goals and work closely with your event lead to ensure smooth activations
- Participate in continuous coaching designed to build your sales & event execution skills
