Job Summary
Own on-ground activation for Miami campaigns by driving direct customer engagement, event setup, and brand representation with a learning path into leadership through coaching and workshops.
- On-site activation ownership: Represent campaigns at retail locations and events, engaging customers to spark interest.
- Skills and leadership development: Learn core sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and brand representation while training with leadership.
- Campaign execution and teamwork: Assist with event setup, outreach initiatives, and align with leaders to hit goals.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Represent client campaigns at retail locations, pop-up events, and community promotions
- Engage directly with customers in a professional, energetic, and positive manner
- Learn foundational skills in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and brand representation
- Assist with event setup, campaign execution, and customer outreach initiatives
- Work closely with team leaders and management to achieve campaign goals
- Participate in daily coaching, team development workshops, and leadership training

- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally throughout the Miami area
