Job Description

Coordinate and support APS1 digital marketing programs and client communications, driving end-to-end project delivery across internal teams and external partners.

  • Own assigned digital projects end‑to‑end, including project plans, timelines, status updates, and issue tracking.

  • Standout: Ability to collaborate with vendors, channel managers, and financial services stakeholders to keep initiatives on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Authenticated PS1 (APS1) Support: Support APS1 initiatives by managing assigned project components, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assist with APS1 program onboarding activities, including coordination between internal teams, vendors, online banking platform providers, and financial institution partners.
  • Help prepare client‑facing and internal materials, including PowerPoint presentations, program updates, and onboarding documentation.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and launch readiness to support on‑time execution.
  • Assist with performance reporting and analysis to support optimization discussions.
  • Syndicated Website Marketing: Support digital marketing placements across public and online banking websites.
  • Coordinate project tasks related to content updates, creative changes, and campaign execution.
  • Partner with channel managers and stakeholders to ensure timelines, approvals, and execution requirements are met.
  • Client Banner Advertising & Client‑Managed Email: Assist with the execution of client banner advertising and client‑managed email campaigns.
  • Coordinate schedules, creative assets, approvals, and deployment details.
  • Support performance tracking and reporting activities.
  • Digital Project Coordination & Team Collaboration: Manage assigned digital projects end‑to‑end, including project plans, timelines, status updates, and issue tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with senior program managers to support broader program goals and priorities.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Reporting, Process & Optimization Support: Support backend reporting, analytics, and documentation efforts for digital marketing programs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, coordination, and execution efficiency.
  • Assist with new channel enhancements and pilot initiatives as directed.

Requirements

  • Four to six years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including comfort working with PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based program management environment.
  • Interest in digital marketing, technology-enabled channels, and financial services.
  • Willingness to learn complex programs and contribute to continuous improvement.

Preferred

  • Digital or technical background is highly preferred, especially digital marketing and experience or familiarity with digital engineering, coding, or technical integrations
  • Understanding, interest, and/or expertise in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Ability to build solid working relationships with internal teams and external vendors
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize based on business needs
  • Ability to reflect, refine and optimize processes to gain efficiencies
  • Proven track record of strategic thinking and problem solving with the ability to leverage available resources effectively
