Responsibilities

• - Own the strategic planning process for client YouTube channels
• - Audit channels and diagnose what's broken (positioning, topics, packaging, CTA)
• - Build channel positioning around each client’s offer without being "salesy"
• - Create monthly content calendars + weekly idea pipelines
• - Develop titles and thumbnail concepts that stop the scroll
• - Produce ~3 strategy briefs per day (45 min target per brief once trained)
• - Research YouTube weekly to identify new angles, patterns, and winning formats
• - Conduct deep competitor analysis to understand ICP pains, language patterns, and offer angles
• - Study client industries and develop usable strategies within 1-2 business days
• - Stay current on B2B YouTube trends and lead-gen best practices

Requirements

• - B2B YouTube Lead-Gen Experience: Real proof of generating booked calls from YouTube for B2B brands - channels, screenshots, results, case studies
• - Systems Thinker: You think in frameworks and repeatable systems, not random one-off ideas
• - Research Prowess: You can study a new industry and produce a usable strategy in 1-2 business days
• - Execution Speed: You ship fast, stay organized, and can produce 3 quality briefs per day once you learn our format
• - Availability: Available to work EST business hours for collaboration and real-time communication

Preferred

• - Ran a B2B YouTube marketing agency before (even if you shut it down - we want to know what you learned)
• - Optional but impressive: A case study showing your process and results - how you diagnosed a channel problem, what strategy you built, and what happened
