Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the Hercules online store.
• Manage our online store and related e-commerce applications.
• Build and maintain product listings, collections, categories, pricing, descriptions, specifications, photos, and videos.
• Help launch Hercules products on Amazon and other appropriate online marketplaces.
• Manage Amazon Seller Central and marketplace listings.
• Identify products from our existing product line that have strong e-commerce potential.
• Research and recommend new products and product bundles for online sale.
• Develop online promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.
• Monitor the online customer experience from product discovery through checkout.
• Identify and correct issues that may prevent customers from completing purchases.
