Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Improve listing performance through keyword research, title optimization, enhanced product descriptions, and content updates.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including Lightning Deals, Coupons, and other marketplace marketing programs.
• Analyze sales performance, traffic data, and customer behavior to develop and refine growth strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain competitive positioning.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking); Chinese communication ability is a plus.
• Strong understanding of marketplace policies, advertising tools, and platform operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related business software.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of executing marketing strategies effectively.

Preferred

• Previous experience managing Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, or other e-commerce marketplace accounts preferred.
