Job Summary

Own DTC media strategy and execution with a strong focus on CAC/LTV optimization, channel mix, and data driven testing across paid social, SEM, email, and content.

  • Channel Ownership: Own integrated DTC media plans across paid social, search, display, native, influencer, email to optimize CAC and LTV.
  • Data & Experimentation: Leverage first party data and market signals to optimize campaigns and run A/B tests for growth.
  • Budget & Reporting: Manage budgets, forecast spend, and deliver concise performance insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated DTC media plans focused on CAC optimization and LTV maximization.
  • Channel Expertise: Demonstrate deep expertise across digital media channels including paid social, SEM, display, native, influencer, content, and email.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Gather and analyze first-party data, market research, and media metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Budget Management & Forecasting: Manage media budgets, track finances, and forecast spend across channels.
  • Competitive Analysis & Market Trends: Monitor competitive landscape and trends, provide insights.
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop and present performance reports with actionable insights.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Champion testing culture and implement A/B tests to optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years in media planning with a significant focus on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) businesses and performance marketing.
  • A deep understanding of the DTC ecosystem, customer acquisition funnels, and the unique challenges and opportunities of selling directly to consumers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate insights into actionable media strategies.
  • Experience with media-specific software, tools, and data platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, ad serving technologies, attribution models, CRM data).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information and collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and agile approach, comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving market conditions and business needs.
