Job Description

Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners and local communities to generate interest in Apollo Way Inc’s solar products and services
Communicate the benefits of solar energy in a clear, friendly, and confident manner
Collect basic customer information and schedule appointments for our team of experts
Maintain accurate records of interactions to help direct your training
Help create a positive team environment by sharing strategies, supporting teammates, and celebrating wins

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable speaking with new people
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
No prior marketing experience required, we provide full training

Preferred

Competitive or team-focused background (sports, group activities, leadership roles) preferred but not required
