Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods to introduce our programs and initiatives.
• Engage residents through friendly, professional conversations to inform and educate about our services or causes.
• Collect feedback from community members and answer questions to build trust and rapport.
• Promote participation by clearly explaining benefits and addressing concerns with confidence.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, including contact details and feedback received.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and share insights for improved engagement.
• Uphold safety protocols and represent the organization professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in canvassing, sales, customer service, or marketing is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and speak persuasively.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective engagement with diverse communities.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate, persuade, and handle objections confidently.
• Experience in supervising or leading teams is beneficial but not required.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and walking for extended periods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
