Responsibilities

• The Senior Donor Communications Officer provides advanced expertise in donor ‑ facing communications by shaping strategic narratives, leading sophisticated content development, and ensuring cohesive brand voice and messaging across philanthropy.
• Serving as the Foundation’s chief writer and editor, the position produces high ‑ stakes, donor ‑ focused content including leadership talking points, donor reports, stewardship communications, and major campaign storytelling.
• The role oversees complex initiatives such as impact reporting cycles, major fundraising campaigns, and multimedia storytelling, ensuring communications are compelling, accurate, and aligned with donor motivations and organizational priorities.
• As a trusted advisor, this position partners closely with philanthropy leadership, executive stakeholders, and cross ‑ functional teams to translate clinical excellence and community impact into powerful donor narratives, while mentoring junior staff and upholding the highest editorial standards.
