Job Summary

Own the admin backbone for donor relations and program communications, ensuring accurate records, event support, and regulatory compliance across fundraising, public relations, and stakeholder forums.

  • Operations & Administration: Manage membership and donor databases, correspondence, and board liaison tasks to keep initiatives running smoothly.
  • Fundraising & Communications: Support fundraising campaigns, development materials, and government/public relations efforts to drive engagement.
  • Governance & Compliance: Maintain OPWDD policy knowledge, ensure regulatory alignment, and coordinate family forums and oversight communications.
