Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for both new and existing products, including audience segmentation, product messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Client Engagement, and Marketing teams to build outcome-driven GTM plans and roadmaps.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our banking and payment solutions, translating insights into differentiated value propositions and market-facing materials.
  • Monitor and report performance using relevant KPIs and metrics to inform strategy and ensure accountability.
  • Lead the development of product-centric content that communicates value and benefits, including messaging frameworks, sales tools, case studies, videos, website copy, blog posts, and more.
  • Integrate product themes into lead generation campaigns to attract new clients, deepen existing relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure consistent product positioning across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 10+ years of product marketing experience in fintech, payments, or BaaS environments, with a focus on banking and credit union segments.
  • Deep expertise in B2B and B2B2C issuing, including debit, credit, prepaid, and core banking products.
  • Proven ability to distill complex product features into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Track record of developing differentiated marketing strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Effective project management capabilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce/Pardot, Canva, Figma, Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
