Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise High Value Action (HVA) personalization framework and catalog (definitions, cohorts, exit criteria, value hypotheses), prioritizing HVAs by impact, value, and scalability.
  • Align HVAs to core customer problems: counteracting downgrade and churn, serving more needs and categories, and driving digital engagement and loyalty behaviors.
  • Design and own the end-to-end HVA personalization operating model (pre-activation, activation, post-activation) and move programs to repeatable, rinse-and-repeat execution.
  • Establish playbooks for consistent execution across campaigns, divisions, and channels to reduce coordination friction across teams.
  • Serve as the primary orchestrator across Marketing, CRM, Product, Data Science, Merchandising, Loyalty, and Operations; translate model outputs into concrete activation plans and surface risks and tradeoffs.
  • Partner closely with CRM Capabilities & Campaign, Product & Personalization, Data Science & Analytics, and Operations to scale HVAs and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in personalization, CRM, lifecycle marketing, growth, or analytics-driven marketing.
  • Proven experience operating in highly matrixed environments with product, engineering, and data science partners.
  • Strong understanding of experimentation, incrementality, and customer value measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale complex initiatives through operating models and playbooks.
  • Executive-level communication and influence skills; experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.

Benefits

  • Competitive wages paid weekly
  • Access to up to 50% of earned wages before payday via Stream
  • Associate discounts
  • Health and financial well-being benefits (Medical, Dental, 401k and more)
