Job Summary

Own the marketing and communications engine with cross‑functional influence across digital, PR, events, and donor storytelling to raise awareness, grow patients and philanthropy, and prove impact.

  • Integrated ownership: lead strategy, execution, and performance of campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, website, and print channels.
  • Audience and alignment: coordinate with multiple departments to drive engagement with patients, donors, advocates, and community partners.
  • Measurement discipline: set metrics and reporting that optimize campaigns and demonstrate program impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and performance of integrated marketing and communications initiatives that advance our mission, strengthen our brand, and drive engagement across key audiences.
  • Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Communications, the Director of Marketing will lead initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of Vivent Health's services and expertise, driving patient growth, philanthropy, advocacy, and community impact.
  • Develop long-term brand strategy and roll up sleeves to execute campaigns, analyze performance data, and solve challenges in real time.
  • Collaborate with cross-department teams to identify opportunities for growth and increased impact.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation align with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Serve as steward of the Vivent Health brand, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Lead integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, email, advertising, public relations, website, and print communications.
  • Develop compelling content and storytelling strategies that elevate awareness, engagement, and organizational impact.
  • Support donor engagement and fundraising efforts through strategic communications and campaign development.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, або a related field required

Preferred

  • Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • HIV experience in a not-for-profit environment
  • Experience in media relations, public relations, reputation management, and crisis communications preferred
