Own and scale UCFS marketing from the ground up by building demand, attribution, brand strategy, and creator-driven content, while leading a team and shaping how every dollar is spent across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Analytics: This is the engine. Build the demand and attribution infrastructure UCFS has never had and prove the spend is working.
SEO and website optimization; make the site findable and convert traffic into qualified leads
Answer engine optimization (AEO); optimize our presence in AI-driven search, where our college-student audience increasingly discovers services like ours
Paid media; Google Ads, social platforms, and high-ROI print where it earns its place
Email marketing campaigns, run on HubSpot
Attribution and analytics; build the framework that ties every dollar of spend to measurable outcomes
Brand Strategy & Voice: Own brand strategy, voice, content strategy, and positioning across all four verticals
Build on UCFS's existing brand voice documentation and partner with our CEO to keep positioning sharp
Translate strategy into creative direction the team can execute against
Content & Copy Development: Write and direct copy across channels; web, email, social, and sales collateral

Requirements

Performance marketing and analytics: hands-on SEO, paid media, email, website optimization, and the ability to build attribution from scratch
HubSpot: hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing or a directly comparable marketing automation platform
AI-enabled marketing and design tools: fluent with or demonstrably eager to learn modern AI tools for design and marketing
Brand strategy: has built a brand strategy from scratch or significantly refreshed one, can think and execute
Copywriting: strong, hands-on writer capable of producing institutional-grade proposals and RFP collateral
Leadership and vendor management: can coach creatives, hold a team accountable, set expectations with multiple stakeholders and manage an external agency while building internal capability
Builder's mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, with no established benchmarks, and with defining what success looks like from day one
