Job Summary

Drive Lucid Bots’ marketing function to scale pipeline and revenue by aligning brand, demand, events, product marketing, and digital under a unified strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, vision, and performance of marketing across brand, demand, events, product marketing, and digital.
  • Define market positioning and scalable systems to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Lead a strategic function with cross-functional alignment to Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • On day one, manage an existing team and sharpen operating cadence while hiring to scale post–Series B.
  • Build the function that scales with the company and shapes marketing as a measurable driver.
  • Scale marketing for complex hardware + software products with clear differentiation and live experiences.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in B2B marketing with increasing strategic and leadership scope — ideally in industrial tech, robotics, or hardware + SaaS
  • 4 years of direct people management experience
  • Owned marketing strategy tied to real pipeline and revenue outcomes — not just top-of-funnel activity
  • Built and led trade show, industry event, or experiential marketing programs at scale, turning a live demo into pipeline
  • Strong in funnel economics, attribution, and budget planning — data-driven decision maker
  • Partner well with Sales leadership and treat the Sales-Marketing relationship as one team
  • Translate technical differentiation into buyer language and connect product problems to solutions
  • Comfortable with early-stage pace and ambiguity, bringing strategic depth and builder energy

Nice To Have

  • Experience building a marketing function in a growth-stage hardware + software company
  • Background in robotics, automation, aerospace, construction tech, or industrial equipment
  • Experience leading live hardware demonstrations or experiential activations for technical audiences
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles and enterprise buyers
