Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to ensure marketing strategies directly support revenue growth, attendance goals, and long‑term business priorities
  • Develop and oversee integrated campaigns across advertising, media, partnerships, digital, social, and content to drive visitation and strengthen brand presence
  • Direct public relations efforts to increase media coverage, protect brand reputation, and ensure consistent, compelling messaging in a competitive market
  • Lead digital initiatives across website, SEO, SEM, email, paid media, and social platforms to generate ticket sales, group bookings, and repeat visitation
  • Oversee content creation that builds emotional connection, inspires curiosity, and deepens brand loyalty, supported by clear analytics and ROI measurement
  • Lead and mentor a cross‑functional marketing team while managing agencies, budget priorities, KPIs, and executive reporting to meet revenue and attendance targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field required; master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing leadership experience in attractions, hospitality, entertainment, tourism, or related industries
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, social media, public relations, and event promotion
  • Experience managing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
