Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all paid digital media campaigns across social, SEM, display, and other channels aligned with enrollment goals.
  • Oversee lead generation and funnel performance to meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for brand visibility and engagement.
  • Own analytics and reporting across paid, social, events, and other channels; translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Manage paid digital marketing budgets and allocate spend to drive efficient inquiry and enrollment.
  • Supervise direct reports including Social Media Coordinator, Marketing Manager, and Events Manager.
  • Apply Joyce University’s brand consistently across paid media, social, events, and creative.
  • Oversee end-to-end integrated campaigns across channels to align with audience, goals, and brand.
  • Lead Marketing Help Desk to ensure timely fulfillment of internal requests.
  • Collaborate with Senior Director of Marketing to maintain cohesive voice and look across materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, IT, or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of paid digital marketing, lead generation, analytics, and social strategy.
  • Experience leading and developing team members.
