Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with organizational goals across all entities
  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to position the company as a trusted leader in the insurance industry and local community
  • Strategic Leadership: Ensure consistent branding while appropriately differentiating each subsidiary
  • Strategic Leadership: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
  • Brand & Communications Management: Oversee brand standards and ensure consistency across all internal and external communications
  • Brand & Communications Management: Direct development of marketing materials including digital content, print collateral, presentations, and advertising
  • Brand & Communications Management: Manage corporate messaging, public relations, and media relations
  • Brand & Communications Management: Oversee website content, social media presence, and digital marketing efforts
  • Community & Corporate Engagement: Lead community relations and corporate social responsibility initiatives, including coordination with the company’s foundation
  • Community & Corporate Engagement: Oversee sponsorships, partnerships, and community events to enhance brand visibility and reputation
