Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Translate business objectives into targeted marketing plans that drive membership growth, product adoption, and brand awareness.
  • Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, broadcast, streaming, outdoor, and social media channels.
  • Ensure campaigns effectively support lending initiatives, deposit growth, digital banking adoption, and community engagement.
  • Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
  • Maintain and strengthen brand identity, ensuring consistency across all member-facing channels and touchpoints.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials including digital content, direct mail, presentations, signage, branch collateral, and promotional assets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver cohesive and impactful messaging.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and marketing ROI.
  • Utilize data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve effectiveness.
  • Establish metrics and dashboards to track progress against organizational goals.
  • Manage relationships with media agencies, creative vendors, and external partners.
  • Oversee media planning and buying to maximize reach, efficiency, and return on investment.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure performance standards are met.
  • Partner with lending, business development, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and growth initiatives.
  • Support the development and execution of enterprise-wide brand strategy.
  • Oversee planning and execution of key events, including the annual meeting and community engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure events effectively promote the brand, enhance member relationships, and support business development goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with leadership experience preferred
  • Proven success leading multi-channel marketing campaigns and driving measurable results
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate market opportunities into actionable business plans.
  • Experience using an MCIF preferred
