Job Summary

Own the market leadership and COE marketing engine while shaping brand equity and cross-functional positioning for patients, physicians, and associates.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic & Operational Leadership: Oversee marketing operations, drive strategic planning, and lead key initiatives within the market or Center of Expertise (COE).
  • Brand & Market Growth: Manage brand equity and execute strategies that build awareness and preference among patients, consumers, physicians, and associates.
  • Innovation & Positioning: Support product and service innovation, design, differentiation, and market positioning.
  • Talent Stewardship: Mentor, coach, and manage department staff, overseeing succession planning and day-to-day operational support.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Preferred

  • 5yrs experience in Marketing and Sales
