Job Summary

Drive growth and revenue for CertainPath as a senior marketing leader responsible for pipeline, demand generation, and brand in a cross-functional, revenue-focused role.

  • Must-have: 10+ years marketing with 5+ years leadership and proven B2B pipeline results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a predictable pipeline that drives new memberships and expansion revenue
  • Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall funnel efficiency (MQL → SQL → Close)
  • Develop scalable, multi-channel demand generation programs (email, paid, content, events, partnerships)Lead content strategy that supports demand generation, sales enablement, and member engagement
  • Strengthen CertainPath’s brand presence, credibility, and market share in home services
  • Oversee website performance, messaging, positioning, and key conversion assets
  • Partner with Member Experience to improve retention, product usage, and upsell/cross-sell adoption
  • Build advocacy programs including reviews, testimonials, case studies, and member champions
  • Lead go‑to‑market strategies for new products, services, and trade verticals
  • Establish a marketing measurement framework with visibility into pipeline, CAC, ROI, and conversion
  • Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack and analytics systems

Requirements

  • 10+ years in marketing, including 5+ years in leadership
  • Proven success driving pipeline and revenue in a B2B environment with complex sales cycles
  • Expertise in demand generation, content strategy, funnel optimization, and marketing operations
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and improve performance
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales and Operations

Preferred

  • Background in home services, field services, membership/subscription models, or PE-backed growth environments
