Responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing strategies across retail, e-commerce, live selling (Whatnot/TikTok), and events.
• Manage paid digital across Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok — owning spend efficiency and ROAS.
• Oversee SEO, affiliate programs, and retargeting infrastructure.
• Lead content production across email, video, social, and live stream formats.
• Build and manage influencer partnerships aligned with hobby culture.
• Create omnichannel campaigns around showroom activations and breaking events.
• Establish and own KPI frameworks: CAC, ROAS, LTV, and churn.
• Build performance dashboards and deliver regular insights to leadership.
• Partner with Customer Service to ensure marketing promises match delivery.
• Manage agencies, freelance creators, and internal marketing team members.

Requirements

• 8–10 years in marketing leadership with a proven track record of scaling multi-channel retail or e-commerce brands.
• Strong analytics background — you build dashboards, not just read them.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, and major ad platforms.
• Exceptional communicator — clear in writing, credible in the room, direct with leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating without a playbook in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time or early.
• Bonus: genuine knowledge of collectibles, trading cards, or gaming culture.
