Job Summary

Own global communications execution with a focus on large-scale programs, brand moments, and ambassador strategy that tie product and brand moments to recruitment and awareness.

  • Global communications and advocacy: set objectives and craft guidelines that scale across regions.
  • Brand experiences and partnerships: lead planning, agency management, and on-site execution for cross-industry collaborations and VIP influencers.
  • Internal and local alignment: support regional teams and market stakeholders to maintain global consistency and best-in-class results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and direct the execution of the annual global communications strategy
  • Set clear and measurable objectives for owned global initiatives and campaigns
  • Create global communications assets (press releases, creative mailer concepts, event directives, etc.) for product and brand moments to drive awareness and recruitment
  • Lead global brand experiences and event management from general planning to agency management and on-site execution at all levels
  • Own the development of the brand's internal ambassador program, and global VIP and macro influencer strategy — from agency relations and contracts to IRL management
  • Direct and oversee brand collaborations across industries (art, fashion, entertainment, etc.)
  • Define and craft global communications & advocacy guidelines, in collaboration with the AVP, through insights that amplify the overall brand vision
  • Support the AVP in the development and presentation of internal brand presentations
  • Provide day-to-day support to local communications teams worldwide, ensuring their strategies and activations are aligned with global direction and deliver best-in-class results
  • Advise on local event and partnership strategy, messaging, and execution
  • Directly manage and support the success of the Global Communications & Advocacy Consultant
  • Advise and manage market/zone stakeholders to ensure a globally consistent communications strategy is executed
  • Oversee contract development and management
  • Manage vendor relationships, invoicing, and payment as needed
  • Oversee budget management across all department projects

  • - Spokesperson and talent management
  • - Project analysis and recapping with metrics
  • - Social media, with TikTok and Instagram as priority platforms
  • - VIP and influencer landscape across beauty, entertainment, and lifestyle
  • - The emergence of AI and how it amplifies day-to-day tasks and brand KPIs
