Job Summary

Lead Seneca Foods' Frozen Marketing as Director, shaping brand strategy, materials, and cross-functional initiatives while enabling remote leadership across sales, agencies, and data-driven marketing.

  • Own development and maintenance of sales materials and branded collateral.
  • Must-have: willingness to travel and strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Standout: remote leadership spanning sales, agencies, and cross-functional teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales teams to develop sales materials as needed, including, but not limited to presentations, sell sheets, syndicated data, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies and outside vendors.
  • Maintain sales materials cross-functionally as it relates to the products and the company.
  • Develop and maintain brands as it applies to areas of responsibility.
  • Stay informed on competition and current industry trends.
  • Plan, attend and participate in various trade shows.
  • Maintain syndicated data reports, analysis, and continuing education.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • This position is remote.

Requirements

  • Must be available and willing to travel as needed.
  • Strong computer skills are required with an emphasis on web development and maintenance as needed.
  • Strong presentation, organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of the food industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 5 years of industry experience.
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Marketing skills are critical to the relational foundations required.
  • Ability to develop and execute overall duties ensuring goals are met.
